Our goal is to provide our customers with the best job possible, to prove that, we will warranty your driveway for 5 years, although, it will last much, much longer.
Our difference is that we warranty against frost heaves, cracks and puddles. We do not warranty any items buried below the driveway, including but not limited to: irrigation, electrical conduit, drainage pipes and culverts. The reason being is that these items are not below the frost line and will likely heave during the freeze and thaw cycles. However, most circumstances allow for these items to be re-routed outside of the driveway area.
We do not warranty against marks or indents made by vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, trailers, ladders, lawn chairs, awnings, jack stands and other items that exert pressure to only a few small points of contact, especially in high temperatures and/or direct sun.
We do not warranty work that was dug out prior, prepped in-consecutively or prepared by others.
Asphalt will remain soft for several years, especially in high temperatures or direct sunlight. Use caution when turning a vehicles wheels (do not turn when the vehicle is stationary), put down plywood or boards for kick stands, jacks, trailers, etc.
Do not drive near or off the edges. Support the edges with loam and grass (we do not offer landscaping services. Customers should anticipate minor lawn repair at the edges of their driveway). It is also a good idea to plan truck deliveries for cooler days.
Wheel marks and other damages made by a user can be repaired for a charge.
