About Champion Paving
Don Claxton was born and raised in Nashua, NH. He is a single father with two daughters. He began paving at the age of 17 for a small local company in Nashua, NH. When the owner retired, he began working for larger paving companies in the area. He started working at Mass Paving in Chelmsford, Massachusetts as a rollerman and was later promoted to the foreman. Their work expertise included paving roads, parking lots and highways.
After working at Mass Paving for 12 years, he decided to make a career advancement to Newport Construction in Nashua, NH. Here, Don started out as a foreman. Newport Construction is a heavy construction company that paves highways and roads as well as installs curbs and sidewalks. After a few years of working large jobs at Newport, Don decided he wanted to start his own company to be able to build relationships with clientele.
In 2005, Don founded Champion Paving, LLC. with the aspiration to provide a better service which you may not always receive with large companies. Don’s meticulous ethic of work is what makes him well known through out the paving industry, and thus makes Champion Paving the perfect company to call for all your asphalt paving needs.
